The Clemson Spineless 80 is easy to grow in most climates and displays pretty flowers. Okra has so many uses. It is commonly known as the thickening agent in Gumbo, but it also can be boiled, broiled, fried, roasted, steamed, canned, or pickled. Harvest the Okra when they are 3 to 3.5 inches long. If the pods mature, the plant will stop producing, so harvest daily.
