The Zinnia Scarlet Flame, 'Zinnia elegans', has gorgeous scarlet flowers. Scarlet Flame is great descriptive name for this flower color. A stand of these will definitely turn heads. They are easy to grow and for long hot summers, nothing beats Zinnias for brilliant bloom color and long blooming period. The large 4 to 5 inch flowers adorn the 2 to 3 foot plants. This Zinnia will bloom from early summer through late fall. The Zinnia Scarlet Flame makes great cut and dried flowers. They are excellent in pots and containers.
