Hansa:

Hansa Rose, Rosa 'Hansa', typifies the hardy shrub rose for many. It is a vigorous and resilient rose with a splendid multi-seasonal display. The large blooms of vibrant reddish-violet release an intense clove fragrance, yet that's just a portion of it. With the approach of fall, the leaves take on an orange hue and a profusion of large, meaty red fruits. Own root. This very fragrant rose has blossoms that appear in a large flush in early summer, and then repeat all summer, followed by large, scarlet hips. This plant grows about 6 feet tall and develops a vase-like shape, making it suitable to grow by itself. Very reliable and winter hardy, Hansa is a favorite with many because it reminds them of the roses their grandmothers grew .

"A team grew fruit, vegetables and reared cattle on adjacent organic and non-organic sites across Europe. They found up to 40% more antioxidants could be found in organic fruit and vegetables than in non-organic.

The team said the findings call into question the current stance of the Food Standards Agency (FSA), which is neither for nor against organic food."
