Healthy Ideas for Back to School Eating & Drinking

Brown Bag 1

Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly on whole grain bread, celery sticks, apple, pretzels, juice
PLUS: A small bag of trail mix and juice

PLUS: Dried Fruit and water
TIP: Use more whole grain breads, cereals and pasta to give child more fiber, as well as make them feel fuller longer

PLUS: A small sandwich on whole grain bread
TIP: Encourage you child to exercise, as it makes them fit and strong and builds up a healthy appetite
